We find ourselves at issue four, our final issue in the Revive, Refocus and Rebuild guides. This series of guides has been a focus on moving forward and building stronger, as we return to our new normal.

I look at diversification, a topic that has been around for a long time but should be back on the agenda as we move forward.

Scott Craig will provide insight into digital events and the VAT considerations. As much as we all want to meet up in person, the digital platform has its benefits and looks set to be a tool we all use going forward.

Mark Jackson will be taking a look at mergers and the considerations required before and during any process.

Finally, we welcome Laura Masheder, a partner in our York office. Laura talks about working with commercial entities, the Charity Commission guidance, and the points to consider when entering into such arrangements.
